Job Responsibilities：
- Sales and Customer Service:
Greet customers and provide assistance in selecting floral arrangements, plants, and art crafts items.
Take orders over the phone, online, or in-person and process transactions accurately.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and personalized attention.
- Floral Design and Arrangement Assistant:
Create floral arrangements, bouquets, and centerpieces as instructed by customers/Manager.
Assistant the Manager/Florist with related tasks
Monitor inventory levels of flowers, plants, vases, and other supplies.
Place orders with wholesalers and suppliers to replenish stock in a timely manner.
Ensure proper storage and handling of perishable floral products to minimize waste.
Conduct regular inventory audits to track product availability and identify any discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a retail or floral shop setting.
Proficiency in basic computer applications, including point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
Experience in floral work or in art and design is an asset
Salary:
The salary offered will be based on qualifications and experience. Hourly wage will range from $18 to $22 with the potential for bonuses or commissions based on sales performance.
