We are seeking an experienced, motivated, high energy, positive team player to join our Calgary based office in the position of Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate has construction coordination experience, is flexible to help out where needed, has great problem solving skills, is familiar with basic office duties (such as Microsoft Office), is willing to travel on occasion, has strong communication skills (verbal and composition), has general knowledge of the construction industry and has an interest and involvement in sports and active living.
Responsibilities Include:
- Setting up projects in our system
- Purchasing
- Logistics/Freight coordination
- Submittals (including LEED)
- Scheduling
- Payroll summaries
- Coordination between sales and operations departments
- Communication lead with General Contractors
- Inventory management including loading and unloading of products into the warehouse and out for deliveries
- Other tasks as needed

*A valid drivers license and clean driving record are required
**Forklift experience is a major asset, as is construction industry experience
