The Role
As a Production Worker, you will be the backbone of our assembly line. This is a dynamic role where you will rotate through various factory stations, learning the intricacies of our manufacturing process. We aren’t just looking for someone to follow instructions—we want a team player who is eager to learn and ready to contribute to our continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Precision Assembly: Build high-quality folding doors on an active assembly line.
- Tool Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a variety of power tools and machinery.
- Team Support: Assist machine operators and senior assemblers to ensure smooth production flow.
- Maintenance & Safety: Keep machines and workspaces clean and organized to maintain a safe environment.
- Innovation: Actively suggest and help implement new work processes to improve efficiency.
- General Labor: Perform various elemental activities and labor tasks as required by the production schedule.
Work Conditions & Physical Requirements
Our facility is a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. To be successful, you must be comfortable with:
- Physical Stamina: Standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Strength: Regularly lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Safety at Heights: Working comfortably at heights while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Attention to Detail: Maintaining high quality-control standards under tight deadlines.

Priority Hiring
While we welcome all qualified applicants, priority will be given to candidates currently residing in the County of Wetaskiwin or those who are willing to relocate to the area.
Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
