Position Details
- Location: Trenton, Ontario
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 pm–3:00 am
- Overtime: Scheduled on Fridays as needed
- Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy
- Compensation: $23.00 to start, plus $2.00 Shift premium

Position Summary
This role is responsible for producing metal racking systems using GMAW and GTAW welding processes while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, accurate record‑keeping, and adherence to all safety procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform welding tasks to meet production and quality standards
- Maintain and calibrate welding equipment
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Interpret and follow work instructions and directions
- Complete assigned tasks as required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- CWB Welding Certification
- Ability to maintain production and quality standards
- Strong adherence to safety protocols
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret drawings for dimensions, weld patterns, and engineering requirements
- Math & Measuring: Ability to add/subtract fractions and decimals; accurately read a tape measure to 1/16" increments
- Ability to read and understand process, procedure, and instruction manuals
