Overview
This position is mechanic-focused, with the majority of your time spent servicing and repairing customer bikes. You may also assist with rental fleet maintenance as needed.While customer interaction is important, this role is not focused on selling tours or experiences. Sales expectations are tied directly to service work and repair throughput, not retail upselling.Product-specific training is provided, but strong foundational mechanic skills are required from day one. Priority is given to applicants with commercial workshop experience and relevant certifications.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality service and repairs on customer bikes
- Ensure all bikes meet RideHub safety and service standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workshop
- Assist with rental bike maintenance when required
- Provide clear technical explanations and recommendations to customers
- Manage service workflow to ensure strong repair throughput
- Support general shop operations related to repairs and service
Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid Canadian work permit or citizenship
- Previous bike industry or workshop experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
