Class 1 Truck Driver – Dump Truck / Equipment Float
Fulton Asphalt Solutions is looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Class 1 Truck Driver to join our team.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, operates equipment safely, and understands the importance of keeping jobs moving. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving dump trucks, hauling aggregates, sand, asphalt, and floating equipment from site to site.
Job Duties:
· Operate Class 1 dump trucks safely and professionally
· Haul aggregates, asphalt, and other construction materials
· Float equipment between job sites as needed
· Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
· Secure loads and equipment properly
· Communicate with supervisors, operators, and crew members
· Keep trucks clean, maintained, and able to do minor mechanical repairs
· Follow all company safety policies and road regulations
· Help keep job sites moving efficiently and safely
Requirements:
· Valid Class 1 driver’s licence
· Equipment floating experience is an asset
· Clean or acceptable driver’s abstract
· Must be dependable and punctual
· Must be safety-conscious and professional
· Able to work independently and as part of a crew
· Comfortable working in a construction/paving environment
· Willing to work flexible hours during the busy season
· Must take care of equipment and treat company trucks with respect
· Willing to travel and overnight a few times per season.

We want someone who is reliable, on time, careful with equipment, and understands that safety comes first. This position is important to our paving operation, so we need a driver who can communicate well, plan ahead, and help keep materials and equipment moving from job to job.

· Seasonal full-time work with potential for long-term employment
Pay: Competitive wages based on experience.
Schedule: Full-time / seasonal, with hours depending on workload and weather.
