We're growing and need a licensed 306A plumber with a G1 or G2 gas licence to join our industrial and commercial team. Company vehicle, full benefits, and a bonus plan included.
The role
You'll be a key part of Harco's field team — handling installations, maintenance, and emergency response for industrial and commercial clients across the Cambridge, KW, and Guelph region. A lot of our work is in food industry facilities, so attention to code compliance and clean, professional work matters.
Day-to-day you'll work independently on service calls and collaborate on larger design-and-build projects. We run 24/7 emergency coverage, so on-call availability is part of the role.
You need
- 306A Certificate of Qualification (Ontario) required
- G1 or G2 gas licence required
- 5+ years in commercial or industrial plumbing
- Valid Ontario driver's licence + ability to pass a background check
- Physical fitness for heights, man lifts, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- On-call and weekend availability
Bonus points
- Hydro jetting experience
- Backflow prevention certification
- Leak detection experience
Compensation and perks
- $35–$55+/hr based on experience, paid bi-weekly
