Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about vehicles and assist clients through the purchasing process.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and market trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall dealership performance.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience in the automotive industry.
- Must have a valid G Licence with a clean abstract
- Must have a valid OMVIC
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
- Flexibility in adapting to changing team dynamics and project needs.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients.
