Lead Roof Technician, Rope Access / Pressure Washing

Alberta Cedar Roof Restoration is looking for an experienced, professional, and accountable Lead Technician to join our crew. We specialize in cedar roof restoration, including high-end executive homes with steep and complex rooflines.
We need someone who:
- Has rope access and/or fall arrest experience, industrial/tower experience is a great fit; steep roof experience is an asset
- Has hands-on pressure washing experience
- Has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in the quality of finished work; does not need to be told twice to fix something
- Can work confidently at height
- Is reliable, shows up on time, and communicates honestly about job status
- Has a valid driver's licence and their own vehicle
- Passes a pre-employment medical self-declaration and drug/alcohol screening
What you'll be doing:
- Cedar roof restoration and treatment application on steep and technical rooflines
- Leading technical roof jobs on some of the most prestigious properties in the region, working directly alongside ownership
Pay: $35/hour
