Rutland Glass is looking for outgoing glass professionals or hard working individuals with CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE to join our team IMMEDIATELY! We are looking for experienced glaziers AND ALUMINUM FABRICATORS; journeymen, and apprentices for our COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL installation departments.
$500.00 SIGNING BONUSES are a available for skilled workers (minimum 3 years in glass installation) The ideal candidates will possess the following skills:
- Experience in the glazing industry
- Basic knowledge of glass/aluminum products
- Work well in a fast paced team environment
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service/positive attitude
