Looking for a Office Assistant . Full time position.
Duties Include:
Answering phone calls and directing inquiries
Greeting visitors and clients
Assist with data entry/QuickBooks
Answering Client emails in a timely manner
Arranging couriers
Doing sales on a daily basis
keeping track of incoming & outgoing jobs
Sorting out bills and filing
Maintaining office equipment and arranging repairs
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
High school diploma or GED
Must know how to use computer
Ability to multitask, work under pressure and work independently.
Willingness to learn and advance within the company
Be a team player
Punctual
QuickBooks and accounting knowledge will be a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abbotsford, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
