Key Responsibilities
Patient Coordination & Experience
- Greet patients warmly and provide a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Coordinate new patient onboarding, including verifying forms, updating records, and guiding patients through their first visit.
- Proactive approach with scheduling and personalized follow-up.
Insurance & Financial Administration
- Prepare and submit insurance estimates and claims with accuracy.
- Communicate insurance coverage to patients.
- Ensure precise entry of payments and financial information.
Operational Excellence
- Manage schedules efficiently to optimize provider time and enhance patient flow.
- Troubleshoot scheduling issues and resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Support digital workflows, including managing digital charts, and documentation.
- Demonstrate strong time management and attention to detail in all administrative responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a dental office administrative role (required).
- Strong understanding of dental terminology, insurance plans, and treatment coordination.
- Excellent communication skills—professional, clear, and patient-focused.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
- A team player who excels in a fast-paced, multi-provider environment.
- Proficient with dental software (Open Dental, Practice By Numbers, Max Assist, YAPI)
