Dining Room Manager | Mission
Lead and coordinate dining room operations to ensure top-tier service, exceptional guest experiences, and strong team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and support front-of-house staff; ensure payroll and scheduling accuracy; step in when needed.
- Service Supervision: Oversee smooth service flow, uphold standards, and resolve guest issues quickly and professionally.
- Guest Experience: Guarantee personalized service and manage complaints with care and diplomacy.
- Reservations & Table Management: Optimize seating and table turnover with host coordination.
- Quality Control: Monitor food presentation and cleanliness in partnership with the kitchen.
- Supplies & Inventory: Oversee stock and coordinate with chefs for reorders.
- Event Coordination: Support special events, collaborating closely with kitchen, bar, and event teams.
- Reporting: Produce service reports, participate in management meetings, and ensure proper daily close procedures.
