Job Summary

Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently on-site
- Construct, install, and repair structures such as walls, siding, concrete forms, and framing components
- Perform concrete finishing tasks including pouring, leveling, smoothing, and sealing concrete surfaces
- Use hand tools and woodworking techniques to shape materials according to project specifications
- Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures or surfaces
- Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor tasks required for material movement and site preparation
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment at all times
- Capable of Managing the work site as supervisor and scheudling crew work schedule.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related trades with a strong understanding of building processes
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for precise execution of tasks
- Skilled in concrete forming, finishing, and woodworking techniques
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation
- Knowledge of siding installation and restoration methods is a plus
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in demanding outdoor conditions
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Valid experience in using construction schematics and technical drawings effectively

Pay: $37.00-$41.50 per hour
