Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Direct to Film (DTF) Printer to join our Custom Apparel team. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain DTF printing equipment while ensuring high-quality production and timely order fulfillment. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Operate Direct to Film (DTF) printing equipment according to production schedules and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on printing equipment to minimize downtime.
- Monitor print quality throughout the production process and make adjustments as needed.
- Package finished products for shipment, ensuring orders are accurate and properly labeled.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor equipment adjustments.
- Basic computer skills, including experience using Windows 11.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior printing experience is an asset but not required.
- Experience with PrintExp and CADlink software is an asset.
Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
