- Take full operational ownership of client (SMB) infrastructures by ensuring continuous stability and proactively addressing potential challenges
- Identify and implement improvements to optimize performance, security, and reliability of client IT systems
- Maintain documentation on system configurations, procedures, and best practices
- Prioritize issues based on urgency and client impact
- Manage the ticket queue by prioritizing issues based on urgency and real client impact, ensuring timely resolution
- Respond effectively to critical incidents
- Participate in the on-call rotation. Thanks to the support of our system administrator team in the Philippines, call volume is reduced.
- Collaborate with client IT teams to understand their infrastructure realities and needs, address concerns, prioritize issues, and ensure seamless integration of S3 services
- Act as a technical reference for clients and build long-term trust
- College diploma (DEC / AEC) in IT or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience as a systems administrator
- Strong knowledge of:
- Active Directory
- Windows Server
- Microsoft 365 / Exchange
- Networking (LAN/WAN, firewall, Wi-Fi)
- Virtualization & cloud
- Experience with Cisco, Dell, Fortinet
- Excellent command of French, and a good command of English, both spoken and written
- Strong problem-solving skills (hardware and software)
- Highly adaptable and client-oriented
- Strong communicator and team player
- Proactive and responsive
Assets: MSP experience, PowerShell, and certifications (Microsoft, Azure, Fortinet, etc.)
