Avilion Metalcraft is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our custom metal fabrication team. We specialize in architectural railings, gates, privacy screens, stair systems, and other custom metalwork throughout Vancouver Island and Gulf Islands.

Responsibilities:
Assisting fabricators with daily shop tasks
Material handling, loading, and unloading
Grinding, sanding, cutting and preparing parts for welding and finishing
Shop cleanup and organization
Assisting with packaging and preparing projects for installation
Assisting with daily installations at residential and commercial job sites
Loading company vehicles and ensuring materials and tools are ready for site work
Working both in the shop and in the field as required
Operating basic hand and power tools
Learning fabrication and welding processes
What We're Looking For:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Dependable and punctual
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Mechanically inclined and eager to learn
Valid driver's license is required
Previous shop, construction, or fabrication experience is an asset

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
