Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying and selling properties by providing guidance and support throughout the transaction process.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential clients.
- Negotiate offers and contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Learn to maintain organized records of transactions, appointments, and client interactions using administrative tools and CRM systems.
Requirements
- Valid BC Drivers License
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for real estate and helping clients
- Strong drive for customer service
- UBC Trading Services Exam - Passed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
