Role:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to independently operate, changeover, and maintain production lines. This role reports directly to the Maintenance Manager and requires a hands-on approach to ensuring smooth and efficient production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain at least two production lines with minimal supervision.
- Perform equipment changeovers to support production demands.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize line performance.
- Adapt and improvise to unexpected challenges in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities and Expectations :
- Performs changeover and set-up of Packaging Machinery
- Test Packaging Machine changeover
- Perform all preventative maintenance of Packaging Machinery
- Diagnoses pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic, or mechanical problems and completes necessary repairs. Ensure proper documentation of repair and reorder
- Implement improvements to improve repeatability and timing of size change procedures
- Assist in developing line set-up specifications
- Perform and complete daily operations safety checklist
- Makes recommendation and implements improvements to equipment for productivity, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Performs periodic equipment rebuilds
- Assist production supervisor with managing line employees
- Clean and maintain area after change-overs and repairs
- Follow Safety/GMP guidelines
Qualifications :
- Must have experience with basic tools and ability to use them
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Ability to work shifts and overtime as needed.
- Punctuality is a must
