About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Videographer who can independently shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for residential and commercial property listings. This role is ideal for someone who combines cinematic storytelling with a strong understanding of trend-driven, social media–friendly video content, including vertical reels.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot professional interior and exterior property videos
- Capture cinematic walkthroughs, lifestyle shots, and detail-focused visuals
- Edit long-form listing videos and short-form social media reels
- Produce platform-ready content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Apply clean color grading, sound design, transitions, and light motion elements
- Manage footage, timelines, and deliverables efficiently
- Coordinate on-site with agents and marketing teams as needed
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in videography
- A strong portfolio featuring cinematic property videos and social media reels
- Must own and operate professional video equipment, including camera(s), stabilization gear, and appropriate lighting/audio
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, Capcut
- Strong understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and pacing
- Experience creating videos optimized for social platforms (vertical and horizontal formats)
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to locations across the GTA (car required)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Licensed drone operator with real estate aerial filming experience
- Experience working with real estate agents or brokerages
- Basic motion graphics or text animation skills
- Awareness of current real estate and social media video trends
