Career Contacts is seeking a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA II – Advanced) on behalf of our client, a modern and growing dental practice located in Surrey, BC. This is a permanent opportunity for an experienced CDA who takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care while supporting a high-performing clinical team.
This position is ideal for a senior dental assistant who is technically skilled, patient-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. - Every Saturday: 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM
- Every Tuesday: 10:45 AM – 7:15 PM

What You'll Be Doing
- Provide advanced chairside assisting across a variety of procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, surgical, endodontic, implant, and Invisalign treatments
- Perform duties within the full CDA II scope in accordance with BC regulations
- Take digital radiographs and assist with impressions, temporary restorations, polishing, sealants, fluoride applications, and other clinical procedures
- Utilize digital imaging systems, intraoral scanning technology, and paperless charting systems
- Educate and support patients before, during, and after treatment
- Maintain high standards of infection prevention and operatory organization
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for procedures
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure efficient daily operations
- Provide a calm, professional, and reassuring experience for patients
What You Bring
- CDA Level II certification with current registration in British Columbia or eligibility to register
- Minimum 5 years of chairside dental assisting experience
- Strong clinical knowledge across a broad range of dental procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Invisalign treatment workflows
- Cosmetic dentistry experience
- Experience using iTero scanners and digital dental technology
- Implant, surgical, or sedation dentistry experience
- Familiarity with modern dental software and digital practice management systems
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
