This is a key role within our company. You'll be one of the first people our customers meet and will help guide projects from the first phone call through to completion in both our residential and automotive glass departments.
What You'll Do
- Welcome walk in customers.
- Answer phones and emails.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Prepare residential glass quotations.
- Process ICBC and private auto glass claims.
- Schedule customer appointments and technicians.
- Order glass and materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers.
- Follow up with customers.
- Support the day to day operation of the office.
- Work closely with our residential and automotive teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
Who We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate has experience in residential glass, automotive glass, or a related industry.
Experience with ICBC and private auto glass claims is a strong asset.
If you don't have direct glass experience but have exceptional customer service skills, estimating experience, construction knowledge, or experience in a similar industry, we'd still like to hear from you.

Requirements
- Experience in residential glass, automotive glass, estimating, construction, or a related industry is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.

30 minute unpaid lunch
Option 2
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
1 hour unpaid lunch
Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
