Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Casual Cleaner to join our team. This role involves taking orders from our application for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various residential and commercial spaces. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, common areas and bedrooms according to established standards
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely
- Ensure all cleaning duties are completed in a timely manner to meet client expectations
- Use the application on your phone to receive and complete orders
- Undertake training for protocols and application from time and time or as and when required
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors
- Report back to business development managers or account managers
- Maintain communication at all times
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve standing, bending, or lifting light loads
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour
