Job Description: Production Foreman Roofer
Hamati Roofing Ltd. is seeking an experienced Production Foreman Roofer with a minimum of 5 years of experience for full-time employment. ** Applicants must meet the minimum experience requirements to be considered for this role**
Position: Flat Roofing Foreman (Production)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a roofing crew (typically 3–6 workers) on production projects
- Install complete roofing systems (TPO, modified bitumen, BUR, shingles, etc.)
- Plan, organize, and execute daily job site activities to meet project timelines
- Ensure all work is completed according to specifications, safety regulations, and company quality standards
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper usage of equipment and resources
- Train and mentor crew members to improve productivity and workmanship
- Conduct site inspections and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with project managers regarding progress, challenges, and timelines
- Complete daily reports and documentation using mobile software
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in flat/sloped roofing, with leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation methods
- Proven ability to manage crews and meet production targets
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Intermediate English skills (spoken and written)
- Comfortable using mobile apps/software for reporting and communication
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a professional attitude
