Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Skilled Labourers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform a variety of manual tasks to support our landscaping, groundskeeping, and maintenance projects. Your energy and attention to detail will help ensure the successful completion of projects while maintaining safety standards and quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Assist with landscaping, planting, paving, fencing, and general site preparation activities
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and effectively
- Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies as needed on job sites
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment
- Support team members in completing tasks efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment throughout the project lifecycle
- Report any safety concerns or equipment issues immediately to supervisors
Qualifications
- Proven experience in manual labour or construction-related roles is preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Valid driver’s license is an asset but not mandatory
- Knowledge of basic tools and machinery used in landscaping or grounds maintenance is advantageous
