The Role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive who is laser-focused on new business acquisition and enterprise customer growth. You’ll target high-value brands, lead complex sales cycles, and deliver strategic logistics and fulfillment solutions that create measurable value for our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on competition, enjoys consultative selling, and knows how to build C-level relationships that convert into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities1. New Business Acquisition
- Drive net-new revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing enterprise-level accounts.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities through outbound calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals.
- Conduct in-depth discovery to uncover business challenges and position eShipper’s solutions strategically.
- Negotiate, structure, and close high-impact deals that align with client goals.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales and performance KPIs.
2. Strategic Account Growth
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and transition for new clients.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across fulfillment, warehousing, and tech-enabled shipping services.
- Maintain senior-level relationships and conduct regular business reviews to ensure continued client success and retention.
3. Market Intelligence & Brand Representation
- Stay ahead of industry trends in eCommerce, logistics, and supply chain technology.
- Represent eShipper at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
- Continuously refine your sales strategy to target the right verticals and decision-makers.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in logistics, or related industries.
- Proven track record of acquiring and closing enterprise or high-value accounts ($500K+ annual revenue).
- Demonstrated success in outbound sales – cold calling, social selling, and networking are second nature.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and navigating procurement processes.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate ROI and strategic value.
- Established network and the ability to leverage relationships to access key decision-makers.
- CRM proficiency Salesforce and solid command of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills — confident both virtually and in-person.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
