LIVunLtd is seeking an energetic and service-oriented Account Manager to join our professional Fitness & Wellness team starting August 4, 2026. This person will be a part of opening this brand new Wellness Centre located in Mississauga, a short walk from Square One Shopping Centre. Position Overview
The Account Manager serves as the primary onsite representative of LIVunLtd, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional member experience while supporting facility operations, wellness programming, and client relations.
Schedule: Work hours will vary between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and will include a combination of opening and closing shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Member Experience & Facility Supervision
- Deliver outstanding customer service by welcoming and engaging members and guests.
- Conduct facility orientations, fitness consultations, and member onboarding sessions.
- Process memberships, registrations, and related administrative tasks.
- Provide active floor supervision to ensure a safe, professional, and welcoming environment.
- Support member retention through relationship building and ongoing engagement.
Amenities & Event Coordination
- Manage bookings, scheduling, and payment administration for facility amenities and events, including meeting and conference rooms, sports simulator activities, pickleball and basketball programming, and other tenant experiences.
- Coordinate facility setup and readiness for scheduled events and activities.
- Plan and execute special events and wellness initiatives.
Facility Operations
- Monitor facility conditions and equipment performance.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate facility needs to the client and internal support teams.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness, organization, and operational standards throughout the facility.
Wellness & Programming
- Support the delivery of wellness initiatives, including Lunch & Learns, fitness challenges, health promotion campaigns, and special events.
- Assist in developing innovative programming designed to increase member participation and engagement.
- Teach a minimum of two group fitness classes per week as part of the position.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with the client and key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary operational liaison between LIVunLtd and the client.
- Provide regular updates regarding facility operations, member engagement, programming, and service opportunities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Health Promotion, or a related field.
- Current Group Fitness Certification from a nationally recognized certifying organization.
- Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification.
- Personal Training Certification (CSEP-CPT, CSEP-CEP, CanFitPro PTS, NASM, ACE, or equivalent) is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional presence and demeanor appropriate for a corporate setting.
