Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on job sites
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving supplies
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Support skilled tradespeople with their daily tasks as needed
- Assist in site setup and cleanup at the beginning and end of shifts
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards to ensure timely completion
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery is a plus
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different work environments
