Cycling is for everyone. Bicycles are a vehicle of equity, active transportation, mental and physical health. We’re here to make cycling easier and fun for everyone, especially those in underrepresented communities.
The Drive Side, we’re really a grassroots non-profit that is focussed on making cycling and cycling adventures more accessible to all folks. Our core pillars are: community, education, advocacy for active transportation, and environmental conservation. Bikes are fun, and have the power to change the world and we’re trying to do our part.
We’re currently a team of three and we believe in creating positive change. This is a hybrid work position with a 70/30 split of WFH and on site work in Toronto andHamilton. We focus on creating a collaborative, empowered working environment where creativity flows in the direction of progress….ride bikes, be nice, help makes bikes fun :)
So, what’s this job about anyways? We need your help to take things to the next level, we can’t keep up the projects and impact opportunities. If you’re ambitious and self-motivated then this will be a good fit for you. You will be engaging with collaborative partners expanding our impact across Canada, helping create educational resources, bike routes…BUT most importantly, bring the stoke on making bicycles and active transportation fun.
