We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Manager to lead our automotive and commercial service team with energy and enthusiasm. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of the service center, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards of automotive repair quality. Duties
- Manage daily operations of the service center, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and quality control
- Lead and motivate technicians and service advisors to deliver top-tier automotive repairs and customer service
- Oversee customer interactions from initial greeting through vehicle pickup, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
- Drive sales through upselling additional services and maintenance packages that meet customer needs
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and balancing registers at shift end
- Monitor inventory levels for parts and supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Skills
- Proven experience with comprehensive knowledge of automotive repair processes
- Strong mechanic experience with mechanical knowledge of various vehicle systems
- Excellent customer service skills to build rapport and resolve concerns effectively
- Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and trust with customers
- Experience in sales techniques to promote additional services and increase revenue opportunities
- Leadership skills to manage a team, delegate tasks efficiently, and foster a positive work environment

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
