Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities.
- Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments.
- Prepare shipping documentation, bills of lading, and receiving records.
- Verify incoming and outgoing freight for accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal departments regarding shipment status.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Investigate and resolve shipping and receiving issues.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
- Support warehouse operations and perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months related experience
- Experience working in warehouse setting
- Excellent eye and hand coordination
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong team player
