About the Clinics and Clubs:
The Adelaide Clinic has an opening for a Physiotherapist to complement our multi-disciplinary teams located in the heart of the financial district. Our team of clinic services includes family physicians, physiotherapy, athletic therapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, Pedorthics, psychotherapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Our diverse group of active patients ranges from the weekend warrior and amateur athletes to professional athletes from a wide range of sports.
Our 2 clinics, Adelaide Health Clinic, and the Sport Medicine clinic are located in two of the leading fitness facilities in Toronto, owned and operated by the Cambridge Group of Clubs (CGOC). The CGOC is a collection of 3 unique health and fitness clubs, serving an exclusive membership of leaders, executives and professionals in the downtown core. The Toronto Athletic Club, the Adelaide Club and the Cambridge Club, comprise the CGOC, and are all located within the downtown core. The membership capacity for the 3 clubs totals approximately 6,500 members. The Cambridge Group of Clubs is dedicated to perfecting the fitness, health and sports club experience through continuous innovation and the highest standards of service and knowledge. We offer modern and sophisticated surroundings, state-of-the-art equipment and an educated staff who provide a highly personalized service. Clinics are open to both members and non-members of the clubs.
About the Role:
The Adelaide Clinic are looking for a motivated and outgoing Physiotherapist that is a team player, compassionate, active and enjoys working with a healthy & fit clientele. Someone who practices and supports an integrated approach to health care to complement our multi-disciplinary teams located in the heart of the financial district.
Responsibilities:
- This position is for full time hours starting at minimally 25 hours of available treatment time.
- Practice building includes networking with the club's membership, actively participating in specific club and clinic events, and building their referral sources from outside the club.
- Ability to organize and implement strategic repeatable marketing and networking systems to help grow and enhance their practice on an annual basis.
Optimal skill requirements:
- Must be a licenced Physiotherapist in good standing (one year experience preferred)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Works well in a team based and multidisciplinary environment
Compensation:
- We offer a fee-for-service commission split based on billed revenue with incentive performance bonuses available.
- The Physiotherapist will receive a fitness membership at the Club for them and their spouse.
