Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mobile Detailer to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality vehicle cleaning and detailing services at various locations, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about vehicle care, possess strong customer service skills, and be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing
- Use specialized cleaning products and equipment to achieve the best results
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues and communicate findings to customers or management
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded
- Travel to various locations as scheduled to perform detailing services efficiently and professionally
Skills
- Proven experience in vehicle cleaning or detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail to ensure every vehicle meets high standards of cleanliness and appearance
- Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with clients and address their needs effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
