What You’ll Do
This dual-role position offers the opportunity to build both clinical and client care skills:
Reception Duties:
- Greet and assist clients in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Support efficient front-desk flow during busy periods
Assistant Duties:
- Support RVTs and DVMs with patient handling and restraint
- Assist with appointments and procedures as needed
- Prepare exam rooms and maintain cleanliness throughout the clinic
- Help with basic patient care under supervision
- General clinic organization and stocking supplies
What We’re Looking For
- Current RVT/Animal Health/VOA student (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working with a variety of species (or eager to learn!)
Schedule
- Casual position
- Evening shifts and Saturdays required
