We're looking for an organized, personable, and driven Treatment Plan Coordinator / Administrative Lead to become a key member of our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, coordinating complex care, and helping a high-performing team operate efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Present comprehensive treatment plans in a clear, compassionate, and confident manner.
- Coordinate and submit insurance predeterminations for major treatment, including crowns, bridges, implants, Invisalign, full-mouth rehabilitation, and other complex procedures.
- Guide patients through financial arrangements and scheduling to help them confidently move forward with recommended care.
- Track treatment acceptance and follow up on outstanding treatment plans.
- Liaise with our marketing partners to monitor new patient flow, referral sources, and marketing performance.
- Analyze and report on key practice metrics related to patient acquisition and case acceptance.
- Support front office operations and serve as the administrative lead, helping coordinate workflows and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
- Work closely with our dentists and clinical team to ensure seamless communication from diagnosis through treatment completion.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous dental administration mandatory.
- Treatment coordination experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of dental insurance and predeterminations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, confident, and compassionate when discussing treatment and finances.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable using practice management software and Microsoft Office.
- Enjoys leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to outstanding patient care.

Pay: $29.00-$37.00 per hour

Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
- Dental receptionist: 4 years (required)
