Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Full-time Project Coordinator/Estimator to join our construction team. This role is pivotal in managing project workflows, preparing accurate estimates, and supporting project execution from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in project management, construction estimating, and negotiation, with proficiency in industry-standard software such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid. Duties
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to develop comprehensive project scopes and budgets
- Prepare detailed construction estimates utilizing HeavyBid and other estimating tools
- Use Bluebeam for plan review, markup, and document management to ensure accuracy and clarity in project documentation
- Conduct pricing analysis by researching material costs, labor rates, and subcontractor quotes
- Assist in negotiating contracts and change orders with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely acquisition of materials and services
- Support project scheduling, tracking progress, and maintaining communication between all stakeholders
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues or cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain organized records of all estimates, contracts, and correspondence related to each project
Experience
- Proven experience in construction estimating, project coordination, or a related role within the construction industry
- Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu for document management and markup processes
- Strong knowledge of heavy civil or commercial construction projects
- Experience using HeavyBid or similar estimating software is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation and effective communication with clients and vendors
- Knowledge of pricing strategies, cost control measures, and project management principles
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents

Pay: $48,261.58-$108,427.80 per year
