Responsibilities:
As an accounting/payroll assistant your duties will be Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, processing payroll, and data entry. Responsibilities will also include but not be limited to filing, mail, shipping, receiving and typing correspondence. We will also require reception coverage which will include welcoming visitors in person and mainly by telephone; answering or referring inquiries, and directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
Requirements:
A positive attitude, detail-oriented, driven, punctual, efficient and great customer service skills! Well versed in all aspects of Office Administration by being a great listener, patient and easy to get along with.
· Accounting knowledge/experience.
· Payroll experience.
· Construction and heavy equipment industry knowledge would be helpful.
· Knowledgeable with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
· Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and be very organized.
· Excellent communication skills.
