Job Description::
We are seeking an experienced Data Test Lead with expertise in ETL Testing and Data Migration Testing to lead end-to-end testing activities for enterprise data migration projects.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Data Test experience with 3+ years in a Test Lead role.
- Strong experience in ETL Testing and Data Migration Testing.
- Expertise in SQL for data validation and reconciliation.
- Experience with Data Warehouse testing and source-to-target validation.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, ADF, or AWS Glue.
- Experience with JIRA/Azure DevOps and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead ETL and Data Migration testing efforts.
- Create test strategy, test plans, and test cases.
- Validate data integrity, transformations, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, Regression, and End-to-End testing.
- Track defects, provide status updates, and ensure successful project delivery.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Pay: $55.00-$60.00 per hour
