Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance/Handyman/woman to join our team, responsible for cosmetic to moderate repairs and building maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess repair and troubleshooting skills, with experience in finishing work. This role requires the ability to prioritize assigned tasks and work independently. Candidates will need to supply their own tools, materials will be supplied or reimbursed as applicable.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs including finishing carpentry, minor electrical and plumbing repair, and building upgrades
- Troubleshoot issues efficiently to minimize downtime
Requirements
- Past experience in maintenance or general building repair
- Experience troubleshooting electrical and plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong problem-solving abilities combined with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to facilities maintenance
Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour
