Duties
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and guiding them through their visit
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and directing calls appropriately
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy standards
- Process payments or co-pays with precision
- Coordinate with medical staff to confirm appointments, follow-up visits, and treatment schedules
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies to keep the front desk organized and efficient
- Assist with maintaining a clean, welcoming environment in the reception area, including managing appointment reminders and client communications
Skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Epic or Dentrix is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to aesthetic treatments and skincare procedures
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical office setting is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills for handling multi-line phone systems and client interactions with professionalism and warmth
- Demonstrated office experience with administrative tasks, scheduling, and front desk operations
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with dental or medical office software platforms enhances workflow efficiency
