Our client, a leader in sustainable food production, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, supporting automated greenhouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
Please note: This is a remote location and not transit accessible. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle. The work involves working with salad products and is it a colder environment - must be okay to work in cold.
Job Title: Production Associate

Pay Rate: $18.60
Shift: Day shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM; Shift schedules available: Monday – Thursday, Sunday – Wednesday, Wednesday – Saturday
What's the Job?
- Packing and preparing leafy greens products for shipment
- Performing quality checks to ensure product standards
- Packing trays into cases and stacking onto pallets
- Moving finished pallets into cold storage
- Monitoring automated packaging equipment and reporting issues
What's Needed?
- Ability to work in a cold, refrigerated environment (~2°C)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong teamwork and reliability
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
