Precision Garage Door Service Toronto is looking for an experienced Hybrid Garage Door Sales & Service Technician/Installer who takes pride in their craft and wants to represent a trusted, industry-leading brand.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential garage doors and openers
- Provide customers with clear, honest recommendations and pricing options
- Perform high-quality installations and service work
- Convert service calls into sales through education and professionalism (not pressure)
- Represent the brand with strong communication and attention to detail-leaving each home better than how we found it!
- Work efficiently, safely and in compliance with all local health and safety legislation and company procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5+ years of garage door install, service and sales experience
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable presenting pricing and closing jobs in-home
- Proficiency with hand/power tools used in service and installation
- Ability to lift heavy materials safely, sustain all weather elements
- Experience with field service management technology
- Clean driving record, continuous insurance proof and valid Ontario G license
- Professional, customer-first mindset with strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
