Job Title – Bilingual Customer service representative
Period – 8 months (Extension/Conversion possible)

Position Overview
We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Professional (French/English) to provide exceptional customer support by handling inquiries, resolving service and billing concerns, documenting interactions, and ensuring timely follow-up. This role combines customer-facing responsibilities with administrative tasks in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and claims.
- Resolve customer complaints by processing refunds, exchanges, or billing adjustments as appropriate.
- Contact customers to provide updates on inquiries, claims, or service requests.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 2–4 years of customer service experience.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Strong data entry and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Excel, and other computer applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous call center or high-volume customer support experience.
- Experience handling billing inquiries or service-related complaints.
Performance Metrics
- Customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Response and handling times.
- Compliance with established processes and policies.
