Job Description
HCA must possess a Certified Health Care Aide Certificate from a recognized Alberta Institution. The HCA is responsible to follow the direction of the RN or LPN on duty and assist resident who have functional, physical or social deficits and require on site care 24/7. The role of the HCA is to assist residents with any or all activities of daily living but promote independence within the means of the residents. Freedom of choice is promoted and personal entered care is the philosophy within which care is provided.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 70 – 80 per week
