Bilingual Recruitment & HR Coordinator (12-Month Term)
Are you a people-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting a positive candidate experience We are seeking a Bilingual Recruitment & HR Coordinator to join a growing Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service experience who is interested in recruitment and human resources. Recruitment experience is considered an asset, but we are open to candidates who are eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the recruitment process from start to finish, including:
- Posting job opportunities
- Screening resumes
- Conducting telephone pre-screen interviews
- Coordinating assessments and testing
- Processing reference checks and security clearance documentation
- Maintaining recruitment reports and records
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring applications are acknowledged and candidates receive timely updates.
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs, hiring events, and recruitment initiatives, both virtually and in person.
- Assist with onboarding activities and provide support to new hires by answering questions and coordinating documentation.
- Provide technical assistance to candidates applying online.
- Build strong working relationships with candidates, hiring teams, HR professionals, and internal stakeholders.
- Perform various recruitment and administrative support duties as required.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative, customer service, or office support role.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
- Recruitment experience is considered an asset.
- Experience interacting with customers or clients by phone and documenting conversations accurately.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is required.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
- Experience with Outlook or similar email/calendar platforms.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is considered an asset.
