The Ideal Restaurant Supervisor:
- Using a hands-on style, establishes TWH Social as the go-to place for restaurant and bar enthusiasts who seek great food and service in an upscale casual atmosphere. Through unique offerings creates unparalleled loyalty from both local residents and visiting Hotel guests.

Job Responsibilities:
- Help create an interactive social media following.
- Help with the development and implementation of a comprehensive Marketing plan.
- Work hand in hand with the chef and lead bartender to create imaginative menus.
- Lead the front of house team in delivering exemplary and personal service, creating emotional connections with clients.
- Utilize available technology to analyze and understand trends in the restaurant.
- Manage resources to deliver an optimal bottom line while working within budgetary structures.
- Ensure a safe environment by adhering to legislated regulations such as Smart Serve, Worker Health and Safety, and AODA
- Other duties as assigned or required
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience managing a fast-paced restaurant
- Track record in producing financial results
- Smart Serve Certified
- A great smile and natural passion for engaging with people
- Wine, beer and cocktail knowledge is required
- Passion for food, beverage and providing excellent customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Working Conditions
- Shifts are scheduled within a seven-day period. A shift may be assigned at any of the following times: early morning, day and/or evening, weekends and holidays as determined by business requirements. On this basis flexibility and cooperation is required.
- Work is primarily inside - air-conditioned in the summer, heated in the winter. During the summer (weather permitting) service and supervision may be required outdoors.
- Last minute changes in business volume: including additional business, last minute change in specifications, and or cancellations, may in turn result, in a shorter shift or extended shift, and/or additional shifts.
