The Role As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming showroom experience, answering inquiries, and supporting our service and sales team. Full product training is provided — no prior spa industry experience necessary.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in our showroom
- Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism and warmth
- Book and coordinate service appointments
- Follow up with customers regarding service requests and inquiries
- Assist with light administrative tasks including logging customer information and updating records
- Support the sales team by guiding customers through product questions

- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is an asset
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learner who takes initiative
