Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Operations to support and lead daily production, fulfillment, and administrative operations within a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on building efficient systems, improving workflows, and guiding teams through growth and change.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operational workflows, production scheduling, quality control, and capacity planning. Develop and implement standard operating procedures, improve efficiency through automation and technology, and support inventory control and resource allocation. Lead, mentor, and train team members while promoting a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of operations management experience, including at least 2 years in 3PL logistics, print production, or apparel-related environments.
Strong technical proficiency and experience with process improvement are essential.
Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is an asset.
Eligibility
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Pay: $70,916.32-$90,047.23 per year

Experience:
- EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) Framework: 2 years (required)
- 3PL logistics, print production, or apparel-related : 3 years (required)
