Delivering high-quality clinical care using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Approaches.

Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, session notes, and relevant client communications.

Upholding professional standards and ethical guidelines as outlined by the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).

Collaborating with clients to develop individualized therapeutic goals that promote mental health and resilience.

Engaging in ongoing professional development and peer consultation to ensure best practices and evidence-informed care.

Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.

Registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).

Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience working with adults experiencing PTSD, trauma, anxiety, or addiction.

Foundational training or certification in CBT and/or DBT preferred.

Demonstrated experience working with Veterans or first responder populations is an asset.
