Ghost Taco’s Whitby location is in the midst of a busy summer season, and we’re looking to add a few great people to our team.
We’re an established, fast-paced restaurant with a strong local following, and we’re looking for hospitality-driven Team Members who want to be part of a high-energy, team-first environment. This is a cross-trained role where you’ll learn both Front of House and Back of House, with opportunities to grow into leadership positions over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
Front of House
- Delivering friendly, high-energy guest experiences
- Taking orders and managing in-store and online systems
- Handling payments and promoting our loyalty program
- Packaging takeout and delivery orders with accuracy and care
- Keeping the restaurant clean, stocked, and running smoothly
Back of House
- Preparing fresh ingredients and menu items
- Building tacos and bowls to brand standards
- Following food safety and quality procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organized kitchen
- Supporting the team during busy rushes
Business & Team Success
- Supporting key store KPIs including food cost and labour cost
- Encouraging loyalty sign-ups and repeat guests
- Helping create and maintain strong online reviews
- Taking pride in the overall performance of the restaurant
Who You Are
- Hospitality-focused with a positive, team-first attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
- Open to working both FOH and BOH roles
- Previous restaurant experience is an asset, but not required
